Highlights of the March 2006 Mission in Limay and Candelarya

Dr. Felipe, Monita and Anna have returned to Madison after PAGASA's mission work for 2006. Over four days and four sites in Bataan and Zambales, about 1100 residents (most were pediatric, about 65%) were checked out. Acknowledgments to Madison volunteers: Dory Blobner, Maria Oppreicht, Leon Bernido; Manila volunteers: Attys. Alfredo and Buena Ednave, Riza Rivera; Limay and Candelarya Volunteers: Raul & Nida Escaler, Ivy Escaler; Dr. Rosario Somo, and all local pharmacists; Candelarya Volunteers: Andy Ednave, Dr. and Mayor of Candelarya, Candelarya Women's Society, Peace Corps Volunteer Kehl Mandt, and the many 'Barangay' representatives. WHAT A GREAT TIME.
